The location offers a handy access point for various attractions and the M6, making travel convenient. Room furnishings provide comfort with brewing facilities at your disposal—a definite plus for those who enjoy a good brew in the morning.

The Double Room felt a bit tight for space, particularly with a smaller bed that might not suit everyone, especially taller guests. In-room entertainment leaves something to be desired, as access is limited to just two channels. Breakfast time may feel rushed when you have plans, with service starting at 8 am, which could be problematic for early risers needing an earlier eat.

Try the half-portion desserts. they’re perfect for families and offer a taste of something sweet without overwhelming your appetite.

We enjoyed a comfy night here. The room was super cozy, and the staff were just lovely! Had dinner and breakfast, both were delish with local produce. The spare ribs are HUGE tho, fair warning! Just a bit tricky finding the parking entrance if you have a larger car. great place for a chill getaway!

what a gem of a hotel! the double room was lovely and had the most comfortable bed. the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the lake district. The staff really stood out. they were all so friendly and welcoming. oh, and the roast lamb was truly sublime!
